Do you create custom bouquets and arrangements?

Yes I can create custom designs, please just send me a message with details of the item you have in mind and we can discuss the details.

Do you offer wedding or home decor packages?

If you would like a package putting together for your wedding flowers or a collection of matching decorations for your home please contact me to discuss your ideas.

How long will it take to make my order?

Most wedding items have a processing time of 6-8 weeks, I recommend ideally ordering your wedding flowers between 6-12months before your wedding date where possible. If you need flowers sooner please message me to see if I have the time available to create a rush order.

Tied arrangements, garlands and flower wreaths usually take 3-4weeks, but this may vary depending on the design.

Shipping

The majority of orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce but some larger parcels may be sent with a different courier.

Do you accept returns

I accept returns for our standard shop designs but please contact me within 14 days of delivery. If you are sending back the item, it must be returned within 21 days of delivery. 

Please note I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel the order but you must request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
